Capturing Kids Hearts

JISD is committed to having 100% of our teaching staff trained in the Capturing Kids Hearts social expectations over a 3 year period.  The JISD Leadership Team initially participated in a 3 day training of The Flippen Group's Leadership Blueprint, with wonderful results and methods implemented on every campus and in every department. Capturing Kids Hearts is specific training for teachers and works hand in hand with Leadership Blueprint.  Thank you to the Flippen Group for continuing to help Jacksonville ISD staff become one of the best trained districts in the state to fully engage with students and fellow staff members on all emotional, mental, and social levels.
